So, Mr. Watchlist found a nice HKMA (Hong Kong Monetary Authority) page where they list, in order, the notices and changes they make regarding sanctions. In line with that, last Friday, they updated their terrorism sanctions listings. They provide a link to the UN press release of the changes, as well as the Government Notice, which includes the entire updated list – which is why it weighs in at 108 pages.
