Last Wednesday, Her Majesty's Treasury noted that the Council of the European Union has adopted Council Regulation (EU) No 224/2014, which establishes a financial sanctions regime for the Central African Republic. However, as of the current time, there are no listed persons or entities sanctioned under this program.
