Yesterday, OFAC amended and reissued their regulations for the Burma sanctions program, publishing the final rule in the Federal Register. This basically cleaned them up after the significant changes after Aung San Suu Kyi's release and other democratic reforms, and incorporated the general licenses into the regulations themselves.
