Notice of Changes to the Consolidated List

 

Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 – Autonomous Sanctions

 

Following registration of the Instrument listed below made by the Minister for Foreign Affairs under the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, amending the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Ukraine) List 2014 DFAT has updated the Consolidated List. A link to the amended Instrument is appended below for your reference.

Declarations/Other as made
This instrument continues the designations and/or declarations of 60 persons and entities who the Foreign Minister is satisfied meet the criteria for the continuation of targeted financial sanctions and travel bans under the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011. It also revokes the designations of two deceased persons and amends the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Ukraine) List 2014 to update the listing information of persons and entities designated for targeted financial sanctions.
