On Monday, OSFI added the following 2 listings under its anti-terrorism sanctions:
Boko Haram (also known among other names as Jama’atu AhlisSunna Lidda’awati Wal-Jihad (People of the Tradition of theProphet for Preaching and Striving / Group Committed to Propa-gating the Prophet’s Teachings and Jihad))
Caucasus Emirate (also known among other names as ImaratKavkaz and Islamic Emirate of the Caucasus)
And, this being Canada, the Canada Gazette, where the regulation (which amends the regulations that created the anti-terror list to begin with – check out the full reg name below) lives, also has listings in French:
Actually, if you're keeping score, the Regulations were passed on Christmas Eve and were published in the Canada Gazette which was dated Monday, but the email notification from OSFI went out on New Year's Eve,
